Step 1: Get Your Fast Despatch Logistics Credentials
Before installing Fast Despatch Logistics in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API Key

Contact your account manager or support team if you need help retrieving them
Step 2: Install Fast Despatch Logistics in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the list
Step 3: Select and Configure Fast Despatch Logistics
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Fast Despatch Logistics from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “FDL UK” or “Fast Despatch Local”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for testing setup |
Collection Time | Specify your agreed daily or weekly collection time with Fast Despatch Logistics |
API Key | Provided by Fast Despatch Logistics |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

Fast Despatch Logistics is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, generating courier labels, and managing collections directly within the platform
