ArrowXL Courier Integration with Helm

Integrate ArrowXL into Helm WMS to manage large-item deliveries, print courier labels, and automate collections - ideal for 2-man home delivery services

Who Are ArrowXL?

ArrowXL is the UK’s leading 2-person home delivery specialist, handling large, heavy, and high-value items for major retailers. With over 25 years of delivery experience, ArrowXL supports timed deliveries, in-home setup, and reverse logistics. Through Helm, you can streamline bulk deliveries with integrated label generation and collection scheduling

Step 1: Gather Your ArrowXL Credentials

Before setting up the courier in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials from ArrowXL:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Token

🔎 You can obtain these details from your ArrowXL account manager or through your ArrowXL integration dashboard at arrowxl.co.uk

Step 2: Install ArrowXL in Helm

Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left)

  2. Use the search bar to locate and click Couriers

  3. Select Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure ArrowXL Courier Settings

  1. From the list, search for and select ArrowXL

  2. Click Continue to begin setup

Provided by Arrow XL for authenticating API access

Password

Your Arrow XL API password

Secure credential to pair with your username for login/API use

Product Key

Product key as issued by Arrow XL

Identifies the specific product/service being used (e.g. standard delivery)

Client Name

Your company or trading name registered with Arrow XL

Used to identify your business in the Arrow XL system

Client Code

Client code from Arrow XL

Unique code assigned to your account by Arrow XL

Client Account Number

Your account number with Arrow XL

Required for billing and tracking purposes

Client TAC Code

TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) provided by Arrow XL

Used for secure transaction authorisation

Supplier Code

Supplier code provided by Arrow XL

Helps Arrow XL route and identify the supplier involved in the shipment

Priority Code

Priority level code from Arrow XL

Defines delivery urgency or service tier (e.g. next-day, 2-man)

Return Destination Code

Code provided by Arrow XL for return shipments

Indicates where returned items should be directed

Brand Code

Brand identifier from Arrow XL

Used when multiple brands are under a single client account

Click Save to complete the integration
