Global-e Integration with Helm

Easily connect Global-e to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Global-e?

Global-e is a cross-border eCommerce platform that enables retailers to sell internationally with full localisation, including local payment methods, shipping, and customs management. They partner with a network of global couriers to simplify international fulfilment under a single platform

Step 1: Get Your Global-e Credentials

Before installing Global-e in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Merchant Guid

🔎 You can retrieve these from your account dashboard at Global-e or by contacting their support team

Step 2: Install Global-e in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Global-e

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Global-e from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Global-e Intl” or “Global-e Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox mode

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with Global-e

Merchant Guid

Provided by Global-e

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Global-e is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching international shipments, printing customs-compliant labels, and managing cross-border orders directly in the platform
