Trunkrs Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Trunkrs in your Helm WMS to streamline same-day and next-day deliveries with efficient label generation and live tracking

Who Are Trunkrs?

Trunkrs is a last-mile delivery service based in the Netherlands and Belgium, specialising in same-day and next-day delivery for eCommerce businesses

They provide high-performance shipping options focused on customer satisfaction and flexible delivery windows

Step 1: Get Your Trunkrs Credentials

Before installing Trunkrs in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API Key

🔎 These credentials are issued by Trunkrs during onboarding

If you need help, please contact your Trunkrs account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Trunkrs in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Trunkrs

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Trunkrs from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Trunkrs Next-Day” or “Trunkrs Same-Day”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial use

Collection Time

Enter your agreed collection window with Trunkrs

API Key

Provided by Trunkrs

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Trunkrs is now connected to Helm WMS

You can start dispatching orders, generating labels and managing deliveries from within Helm
