HubEurope Integration with Helm
Easily connect HubEurope to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are HubEurope?
HubEurope is a European logistics provider offering parcel delivery and freight solutions across multiple countries
They specialise in cross-border shipments with a focus on timely deliveries, reliable tracking, and flexible services tailored to eCommerce businesses

Step 1: Get Your HubEurope Credentials
Before installing HubEurope in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These credentials are provided by HubEurope during onboarding
If you require them, contact your HubEurope account manager or support team

Step 2: Install HubEurope in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Type “Couriers” into the search bar
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure HubEurope
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select HubEurope from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “HubEurope International” or “HubEurope Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with HubEurope |
Account Number | Provided by HubEurope |
Account Name | Provided by HubEurope |
Token | Provided by HubEurope |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
HubEurope is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within the platform
