Who Are AKM Global Solutions?

AKM Global Solutions is a specialist logistics provider offering end-to-end fulfilment and parcel delivery services for both domestic and international shipments. Their API-enabled service allows for efficient courier label generation, parcel tracking, and collection scheduling within Helm

Step 1: Gather Your Credentials

Before installing the courier in Helm, you’ll need to retrieve your API credentials from AKM Global Solutions

Required details:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Token

Step 2: Install AKM Global Solutions in Helm

🧭 Navigate to the Courier Installation Page:

  1. In Helm, open the Settings menu (bottom-left corner)

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Click on the Couriers tab

  4. Select Install Courier at the bottom-right of the screen

Step 3: Configure the Courier Settings

  1. From the courier list, search for and select AKM Global Solutions

  2. Click Continue to begin the setup

Complete the form with the following details:

An internal label for the account (e.g. "AKM Global Midlands")

Account Type

Choose between Live (real shipments) or Test (testing environment)

Collection Time

Define your daily collection slots for each day of the week

Account Number

Provided by AKM Global Solutions

Account Name

Your business name as registered with AKM

Token

Your secure API token for authentication
