DHL Poland Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your DHL Poland Credentials

Before setting up DHL Poland in Helm, ensure you have your courier credentials ready
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

🔎 These are provided by DHL Poland during account setup or can be requested from their support team

Step 2: Install DHL Poland in Helm

To begin setup:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DHL Poland

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DHL Poland from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following information:

Internal name (e.g. “DHL Poland” or “DHL PL Domestic”)

Choose Live for production or Test for staging

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled collection time as agreed with DHL Poland
