Who Are Yodel Returns?

Yodel Returns is Yodel’s dedicated reverse logistics solution, designed to simplify the customer returns process for retailers

It offers convenient drop-off options, end-to-end tracking, and efficient return management for high-volume eCommerce businesses

Step 1: Get Your Yodel Returns Credentials

Before installing Yodel Returns in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Account

  • API Key

🔎 These credentials are provided by Yodel Returns during onboarding

For help, contact your Yodel Returns account manager or their technical support team

Step 2: Install Yodel Returns in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Yodel Returns

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Yodel Returns from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Choose Live for production or Test for trial configuration

Collection Time

Your agreed returns pickup or processing time with Yodel Returns

API KEY

Provided by Yodel Returns

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Yodel Returns is now fully integrated with Helm WMS

You can now generate returns labels, process customer returns, and monitor return parcels directly from Helm
