GLS Spain Integration with Helm

Who Are GLS Spain?
GLS Spain is part of the General Logistics Systems network, offering reliable parcel delivery services across Spain and Europe
Known for their efficient domestic and international shipping solutions, GLS Spain supports businesses with flexible options and detailed tracking

Step 1: Get Your GLS Spain Credentials
Before installing GLS Spain in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Client UID
🔎 These credentials are supplied by GLS Spain during onboarding
If you need help, contact your GLS account manager or support team

Step 2: Install GLS Spain in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure GLS Spain
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select GLS Spain from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “GLS Spain Domestic” or “GLS ES Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial environment |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with GLS Spain |
Client UID | Provided by GLS Spain |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

GLS Spain is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
