The Pallet Network Courier Integration with Helm

Set up The Pallet Network in your Helm WMS to streamline palletised freight shipments, label printing and collection scheduling

Who Are The Pallet Network?

The Pallet Network (TPN) is the UK’s largest palletised freight delivery network

They provide cost-effective, reliable distribution solutions for businesses shipping pallet consignments nationally and internationally

Step 1: Get Your The Pallet Network Credentials

Before installing The Pallet Network in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Customer Account

  • Depot Number

🔎 These credentials are supplied by The Pallet Network during onboarding

If you don’t have them, contact your TPN account manager or support team

Step 2: Install The Pallet Network in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure The Pallet Network

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select The Pallet Network from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “TPN Standard” or “TPN Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with The Pallet Network

Username

Provided by The Pallet Network

Password

Provided by The Pallet Network

Customer Account

Provided by The Pallet Network

Depot Number

Provided by The Pallet Network

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

The Pallet Network is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can start dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
