GFS Deliver Integration with Helm

Who Are GFS Deliver?

GFS Deliver is part of Global Freight Solutions (GFS), offering a multi-carrier delivery management platform that consolidates shipping across domestic and international couriers

GFS Deliver helps businesses access a wide range of delivery options through a single integration, improving flexibility, speed, and cost control

Step 1: Get Your GFS Deliver Credentials

Before setting up GFS Deliver in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • URL

🔎 These details are provided by GFS during onboarding

If you’re unsure, contact your GFS account manager or support team

Step 2: Install GFS Deliver in Helm

To begin:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Type “Couriers“ into the search bar

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure GFS Deliver

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select GFS Deliver from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Fill in the following fields:

Internal name (e.g. “GFS Deliver UK” or “GFS Consolidated”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup time with GFS

Username

Supplied by GFS

Password

Supplied by GFS

URL

Supplied by GFS

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

GFS Deliver is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching orders, printing labels, and using multi-carrier delivery options directly within Helm
