Step 1: Get Your FedEx Cross Border Credentials
Before installing FedEx Cross Border in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API Key
🔎 These credentials are issued during FedEx Cross Border API onboarding
Contact your FedEx account manager if you need assistance retrieving them

Step 2: Install FedEx Cross Border in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure FedEx Cross Border
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select FedEx Cross Border from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “FedEx Cross Border” or “FedEx International eCom”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for staging setup |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with FedEx |
API Key | Provided by FedEx Cross Border |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

FedEx Cross Border is now integrated with Helm WMS
