GLS Germany Integration with Helm

Who Are GLS Germany?

GLS Germany is part of the General Logistics Systems network, offering dependable and time-efficient parcel delivery across Germany and throughout Europe

With a wide range of domestic and international services, GLS Germany supports eCommerce, retail and industrial sectors with consistent tracking and flexible collection

Step 1: Get Your GLS Germany Credentials

Before installing GLS Germany in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

• Username

• Password

• Tracking Username

• Tracking Password

• Contact Id

• Url

• Customs Api Key

• Customs Api Secret

🔎 These credentials are provided by GLS Germany during your account setup

Contact GLS support or your account manager if any information is missing

Step 2: Install GLS Germany in Helm

To begin:

1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

3. Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure GLS Germany

1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

2. Search for and select GLS Germany from the list

3. Click Continue to begin configuration

4. Complete the following fields:

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

GLS Germany is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can start dispatching parcels, printing shipping labels and managing collections directly from within the platform
