GLS Netherlands Integration with Helm

Who Are GLS Netherlands?

Part of the international GLS network, they offer a range of domestic and cross-border services with comprehensive tracking and timely deliveries

Step 1: Get Your GLS Netherlands Credentials

Before installing GLS Netherlands in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • API Key

🔎 These credentials are provided by GLS Netherlands during account setup

Contact your GLS account manager if you need assistance retrieving them

Step 2: Install GLS Netherlands in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Type “Couriers“ into the search bar

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure GLS Netherlands

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select GLS Netherlands from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “GLS Netherlands Domestic” or “GLS NL Express”)

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with GLS Netherlands

Provided by GLS Netherlands

API Key

Provided by GLS Netherlands
