SkyNet Worldwide Express Courier Integration with Helm
Set up SkyNet Worldwide Express as a courier in your Helm WMS to enable automated label generation, parcel tracking and seamless order fulfilment

Who Are SkyNet Worldwide Express?
SkyNet Worldwide Express is a global courier and logistics provider offering international express shipping, freight forwarding and eCommerce solutions
They specialise in time-critical deliveries and customs-friendly international shipments, serving over 200 countries and territories

Step 1: Get Your SkyNet Credentials
Before installing SkyNet in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Token
🔎 These details are provided by SkyNet during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your SkyNet account manager or support team

Step 2: Install SkyNet Worldwide Express in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure SkyNet
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select SkyNet Worldwide Express from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “SkyNet Express” or “SkyNet Intl”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox environment |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with SkyNet |
Account Token | Provided by SkyNet |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
SkyNet Worldwide Express is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
