Toms Transit Courier Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Toms Transit Credentials
Before installing Toms Transit in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

Username
Password

Step 2: Install Toms Transit in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Toms Transit
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Toms Transit from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Toms Express” or “Toms Next Day”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox mode |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Toms Transit |
Username | Provided by Toms Transit |
Password | Provided by Toms Transit |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Toms Transit is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
