Starlinks Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Starlinks in your Helm WMS to streamline your shipping process with integrated label creation, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are Starlinks?

Starlinks is a UK-based courier and logistics provider offering flexible delivery solutions for businesses of all sizes

They specialise in tailored eCommerce fulfilment, ensuring timely deliveries and reliable tracking for customers nationwide

Step 1: Get Your Starlinks Credentials

Before installing Starlinks in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API Key

🔎 These details are provided by Starlinks during onboarding
If you’re missing any, please contact your Starlinks account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Starlinks in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Starlinks

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Starlinks from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Starlinks Next Day” or “Starlinks Standard”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed collection schedule with Starlinks

API Key

Provided by Starlinks

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Starlinks is now connected to Helm WMS

You can now dispatch orders, print shipping labels, and schedule collections directly through the system
