DHL eCommerce Integration with Helm

DHL eCommerce is a division of the DHL Group, specialising in cross-border and domestic delivery solutions for eCommerce businesses
They provide cost-effective, trackable services ideal for international parcels and small packet shipping from the UK to global destinations
Step 1: Get Your DHL eCommerce Credentials
Before installing DHL eCommerce in Helm, ensure you have the correct credentials
You will need:
Pickup Account Id
Client Id
Client Secret
Distribution Center
Returns Company Name
Returns Name
Returns Address 1
Returns Address 2
Returns City
Returns County
Returns Postcode
Returns Country Iso
Returns Phone
Returns Email
🔎 These details are provided during onboarding by DHL eCommerce or available from your DHL account portal

Step 2: Install DHL eCommerce in Helm
To install DHL eCommerce:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the list
Step 3: Select and Configure DHL eCommerce
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DHL eCommerce from the list
Click Continue to proceed
Enter the following fields:

Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DHL eCom UK” or “DHL eCom Global”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Specify your agreed collection schedule with DHL eCommerce |
Pickup Account Id | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
Client Id | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
Client Secret | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
Distribution Center | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
Returns Company Name | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
Returns Name | Provided by DHL eCommerce |
