FedExV2 Integration with Helm

Who Are FedExV2?

FedExV2 refers to the latest version of the FedEx Web Services API, offering improved speed, security, and support for a broader range of shipping services

Ideal for businesses that need robust international and domestic courier options with enhanced tracking, service mapping, and label generation

Step 1: Get Your FedExV2 Credentials

Before installing FedExV2 in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials ready

You will need:

  • Client Id

  • Client Secret

  • Account No

  • Letter Head Image Id

  • Letter Head Base64

  • Letter Head Image Name

  • Signature Image Id

  • Signature Base64

  • Signature Image Name

🔎 These credentials are generated via your FedEx Developer Portal
Contact FedEx technical support if you require assistance accessing your credentials

Step 2: Install FedExV2 in Helm

To begin:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure FedExV2

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select FedExV2 from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Fill in the required details:
