They provide businesses with flexible shipping options, combining multiple courier networks to optimise cost and service levels

Step 1: Get Your Low Cost Parcels Credentials
Before installing Low Cost Parcels in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API KEY
CLIENT ID
🔎 These credentials are provided by Low Cost Parcels during onboarding
If you need help, contact their support team or your account manager

Step 2: Install Low Cost Parcels in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Low Cost Parcels
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Low Cost Parcels from the list
Click Continue to begin setup
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Low Cost Parcels UK” or “Low Cost Parcels”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Low Cost Parcels |
API Key | Provided by Low Cost Parcels |
CLIENT ID | Provided by Low Cost Parcels |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Low Cost Parcels is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
