Delnext Integration with Helm

Who Are Delnext?

Step 1: Get Your Delnext Credentials

Before you install Delnext in Helm, make sure you have your login credentials from Delnext
You will need:

  • Hash Key

🔎 These can be found in your Delnext client account or obtained by contacting their support team

Step 2: Install Delnext in Helm

To begin:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Delnext

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Delnext from the list

  3. Click Continue to open the configuration panel

  4. Fill in the following information:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Delnext Europe” or “Delnext International”)

Account Type

Choose Live for live orders or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time as arranged with Delnext

Hash Key

Provided by Delnext

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Delnext is now integrated with your Helm WMS
