The Delivery Group Courier Integration with Helm

Set up The Delivery Group as a courier in your Helm WMS to enable seamless parcel dispatch, label printing and collection management

Who Are The Delivery Group?

The Delivery Group is a UK-based courier and logistics provider specialising in express and next-day delivery services

They offer tailored shipping solutions for eCommerce businesses and retailers, ensuring fast, reliable deliveries across the UK

Step 1: Get Your The Delivery Group Credentials

Before installing The Delivery Group in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Client Name

🔎 These credentials are provided by The Delivery Group during onboarding
If you don’t have them, contact your account manager or support team

Step 2: Install The Delivery Group in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure The Delivery Group

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select The Delivery Group from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “The Delivery Group Standard” or “TDG Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with The Delivery Group

Username

Provided by The Delivery Group

Password

Provided by The Delivery Group

Client Name

Provided by The Delivery Group

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

The Delivery Group is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly through Helm
