Stamps.com (USPS) Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Stamps.com (USPS) in your Helm WMS to simplify shipping with automatic label generation, USPS tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are Stamps.com (USPS)?

Stamps.com is a leading provider of postage and shipping services for the United States Postal Service (USPS)

It offers reliable, affordable solutions for domestic and international shipping - ideal for eCommerce retailers and warehouses shipping to or within the US

Step 1: Get Your Stamps.com Credentials

Before installing Stamps.com in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

🔎 These credentials are provided by Stamps.com during onboarding

If you do not have them, contact your Stamps.com account representative or support team

Step 2: Install Stamps.com (USPS) in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Stamps.com

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Stamps.com (USPS) from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “USPS First Class” or “Stamps.com Priority”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your expected USPS pickup time

Username

Provided by Stamps.com

Password

Provided by Stamps.com

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Stamps.com (USPS) is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching orders, printing USPS shipping labels, and managing collections within Helm
