CitySprint Courier Integration with Helm

Connect CitySprint to your Helm WMS to enable rapid dispatch, same-day label generation, real-time tracking, and scheduled collections for urgent or local deliveries

Who Are CitySprint?

CitySprint is a UK-based same-day courier and logistics provider with a strong focus on time-sensitive, last-mile delivery

With a national network of couriers and local hubs, CitySprint specialises in express, same-day, and multi-drop fulfilment

Integrating CitySprint with Helm allows you to manage fast-paced deliveries directly from your warehouse system

Step 1: Gather Your CitySprint Credentials

Before you begin the integration in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials ready:

  • Username

  • Subscription Key

🔎 These details are usually issued during onboarding

If you don’t have them, contact your CitySprint account manager or support team

Step 2: Install CitySprint in Helm

To install CitySprint:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Courier”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure CitySprint Courier Settings

Once installation begins:

  1. Search for and select CitySprint from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to begin setup

  3. Fill in the following configuration fields:

Courier Identifier

Internal name for your integration (e.g. “CitySprint London” or “CS Same-Day”)

Account Type

Choose Live for operational use or Test for staging

Collection Time

Input your scheduled pickup time (e.g. weekdays at 10:00 AM)

Username

Provided by CitySprint

Subscription Key

Provided by CitySprint

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

CitySprint is now integrated with your Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching urgent deliveries, printing same-day labels, and managing collections directly from within the platform
