AltLogic Courier Integration with Helm

Set up AltLogic as a courier in your Helm WMS and start dispatching seamlessly with integrated label generation, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are AltLogic?

AltLogic is a modern logistics provider offering scalable, tech-driven shipping solutions across the UK and internationally. With a strong focus on automation and speed, AltLogic integrates directly with Helm to streamline your warehouse fulfilment operations

Step 1: Gather Your AltLogic Credentials

Before beginning the setup in Helm, ensure you have the following API credentials ready from AltLogic:

  • Domain

  • Username

  • Password

  • Barcode Prefix

🔎 These details can be retrieved by logging into your AltLogic portal or by contacting their support team at altlogic.co.uk

Step 2: Install AltLogic in Helm

Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. In Helm, open the Settings menu (bottom-left corner)

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

  4. Click Install Courier (bottom-right)

Step 3: Step 3: Configure AltLogic Courier Settings

  1. From the list, search for and select AltLogic

  2. Click Continue to begin the setup

Enter the required configuration details:

Courier Identifier

altlogic (or a unique identifier such as altlogic-uk-01 if using multiple)

Account Type

AltLogic

Collection Time

Your agreed collection time with AltLogic (e.g., 15:30)

Domain

https://api.altlogic.co.uk or the domain provided by your AltLogic account rep

Username

The API username or client ID provided by AltLogic

Password

The API key or secret associated with your AltLogic account

Barcode Prefix

Optional – enter if AltLogic requires a specific prefix for label barcodes

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

You're Good to Go!

AltLogic is now fully integrated with Helm WMS. Your team can begin dispatching orders, generating courier labels, and scheduling pickups directly from within the platform
