Boxedoff Barcodes Courier Integration with Helm
Integrate Boxedoff Barcodes into your Helm WMS to automate label generation, streamline dispatch workflows, and manage courier collections from within your warehouse environment

Who Are Boxedoff Barcodes?
Boxedoff Barcodes is a logistics and labelling partner providing tailored barcode and delivery solutions for UK-based retailers and fulfilment centres
Known for their flexibility, fast turnaround, and barcode-driven workflows, Boxedoff Barcodes integrates directly with Helm to simplify your shipping processes

Step 1: Gather Your Boxedoff Barcodes Credentials
Before you begin setup in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials ready:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These details are usually shared when your account is activated
If you do not have access to these, reach out to your Boxedoff Barcodes account representative or support contact

Step 2: Install Boxedoff Barcodes in Helm
To begin installation:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Boxedoff Barcodes Courier Settings
Once installation starts:
Search for and select Boxedoff Barcodes from the courier list
Click Continue to proceed to the configuration form
Fill in the following fields:
Fill in the Required Details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Boxedoff UK” or “Boxedoff Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for operational use or Test for sandbox setup |
Collection Time | Set the agreed collection schedule with Boxedoff Barcodes |
Account Number | Provided by Boxedoff Barcodes |
Account Name | Provided by Boxedoff Barcodes |
Token | Provided by Boxedoff Barcodes |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Boxedoff Barcodes is now fully integrated with your Helm WMS
Your warehouse team can begin dispatching orders, generating barcoded labels, and scheduling collections directly from Helm
