Evri Corporate Integration with Helm

Who Are Evri Corporate?
Evri Corporate is the business-tier service from Evri, designed for medium to large retailers with higher parcel volumes
It offers access to advanced delivery features, priority support, negotiated rates, and full tracking capabilities, making it ideal for enterprises needing a scalable domestic delivery solution

Step 1: Get Your Evri Corporate Credentials
Before installing Evri Corporate in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials ready
You will need:
Client Id
Client Name
Child Client Id
Child Client Name
User Id
User Password
🔎 These are issued when you activate your corporate account with Evri
Contact your account manager for assistance if needed

Step 2: Install Evri Corporate in Helm
To begin:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Click on the Couriers tab from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure Evri Corporate
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Evri Corporate from the list
Click Continue to proceed with configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Evri Corporate” or “Evri Business UK”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for active use or Test for sandbox environment |
Collection Time | Enter the time slot agreed with Evri for daily or weekly collections |
Client Id | Provided by Evri Corporate |
Client Name | Provided by Evri Corporate |
Child Client Id | Provided by Evri Corporate |
Child Client Name | Provided by Evri Corporate |
User Id | Provided by Evri Corporate |
User Password | Provided by Evri Corporate |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

Evri Corporate is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching, printing labels, and managing collections directly in Helm
