Yodel Courier Integration with Helm
Set up Yodel in your Helm WMS to streamline parcel deliveries with integrated label printing, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are Yodel?
Yodel is a leading UK courier specialising in parcel delivery services for retailers and consumers
They provide flexible delivery options including next-day and standard services, backed by a large UK network

Step 1: Get Your Yodel Credentials
Before installing Yodel in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account
Username
Password
🔎 These credentials are provided by Yodel upon account setup
If you don’t have them, contact your Yodel account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Yodel in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Yodel
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Yodel from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Yodel Standard” or “Yodel Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Yodel |
Account | Provided by Yodel |
Username | Provided by Yodel |
Password | Provided by Yodel |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Yodel is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can start dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
