Paack Integration with Helm

Who Are Paack?

Paack is a European delivery service specialising in last-mile logistics with a focus on sustainable and flexible eCommerce deliveries

They offer reliable, scheduled delivery options tailored to modern retail and online shopping needs

Step 1: Get Your Paack Credentials

Before installing Paack in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

🔎 These details are provided by Paack during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your Paack account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Paack in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Paack

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Paack from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Paack Standard” or “Paack Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Paack

Client ID

Provided by Paack

Client Secret

Provided by Paack

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Paack is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
