Step 1: Gather Your Coll8 Logistics Credentials

Before setting up in Helm, have these credentials ready from Coll8 Logistics:

  • Client Id

  • Client Secret

  • Account Number

Step 2: Install Coll8 Logistics in Helm

To begin installation:

  1. Open the Settings menu at the bottom-left of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab in the search results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Coll8 Logistics Courier Settings

After starting installation:

  1. Search for and select Coll8 Logistics from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to proceed to configuration

  3. Fill in the required details:

Internal name for the integration (e.g. “Coll8 London” or “Coll8 Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for active use or Test for trial environment

Collection Time

Set your collection schedule (e.g. weekdays at 4:00 PM)

Client Secret

Provided by Coll8 Logistics

Account Number

Your unique courier account number
