CR Transport Courier Integration with Helm

Connecting CR Transport to Helm gives your team full visibility and control over dispatch and delivery management

Step 1: Gather Your CR Transport Credentials

Before starting the setup in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials:

  • Customer Account Number

  • Customer Name

  • Ftp Host

  • Ftp Username

  • Ftp Password

  • Ftp Port

🔎 These are usually issued during account activation

If you’re missing any credentials, contact your CR Transport account manager or support team

Step 2: Install CR Transport in Helm

To install CR Transport:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab in the search results

  4. Select Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure CR Transport Courier Settings

After starting the installation:

  1. Search for and select CR Transport from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to access the setup screen

  3. Enter the following configuration details:

Choose Live for production or Test for non-live setup

Add your agreed collection schedule (e.g. weekdays at 2:00 PM)

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

You're All Set

CR Transport is now fully connected to Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching goods, generating delivery labels, and managing collections directly from within the platform
