DX Freight Integration with Helm
Easily connect DX Freight to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are DX Freight?
DX Freight is a division of the DX Group, specialising in secure, large and irregular freight delivery services across the UK and Ireland
Known for dependable pallet and multi-parcel delivery solutions, DX Freight is ideal for B2B and eCommerce retailers shipping oversized or heavier goods

Step 1: Get Your DX Freight Credentials
Before setting up DX Freight in Helm, make sure you have your credentials ready
You will need:
Account Number
Orig Service Centre
Password
🔎 These are provided by DX Freight during account setup
If you don’t have these details, reach out to your account manager or DX support

Step 2: Install DX Freight in Helm
To begin setup:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DX Freight
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DX Freight from the courier list
Click Continue to open the setup screen
Enter the following details:
Fill in the Required Details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DX Freight Pallet” or “DX B2B Freight”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled collection time as agreed with DX Freight |
Account Number | Provided by DX Freight |
Orig Service Centre | Provided by DX Freight |
Password | Provided by DX Freight |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
DX Freight is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching freight shipments, generating courier labels, and managing collections directly within Helm
