APC Courier Integration with Helm

Set up APC Overnight as a courier in your Helm WMS and streamline your dispatch process with integrated label creation, parcel tracking, and scheduled collections

Who Are APC?

Step 1: Gather Your APC Credentials

Before configuring the courier in Helm, you’ll need to obtain the following API credentials from APC:

  • Email

  • Password

🔎 These credentials can be retrieved via your APC account portal or directly from your APC account manager. Visit apc-overnight.com for support

Step 2: Install APC in Helm

🧭 Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. Open the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left)

  2. Type Couriers into the search bar and select it

  3. Click the Install Courier button at the bottom-right

Step 3: Configure APC Courier Settings

  1. From the list of available couriers, search for and select APC

  2. Click Continue to begin configuration

Enter the required configuration details:

Internal label for this courier (e.g. “APC Next Day”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox

Collection Time

Set daily pickup times for each day of the week

Email

Supplied by APC

Password

Supplied by APC

💡 Use the Notes field (if visible) to leave any internal comments for your team

Click Save to complete the integration

You're Good to Go!

APC is now fully integrated into your Helm WMS. You can begin dispatching orders, printing courier labels, and managing daily collections directly within your warehouse workflow
