InPost Integration with Helm

Who Are InPost?
InPost is a leading parcel locker and courier service provider, operating throughout Europe
Known for innovative self-service parcel lockers and reliable delivery solutions, InPost supports businesses with convenient and flexible shipping options

Step 1: Get Your InPost Credentials
Before installing InPost in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Email
Token
🔎 These credentials are supplied by InPost during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your InPost account manager or support team

Step 2: Install InPost in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure InPost
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select InPost from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “InPost Parcel Locker” or “InPost Courier”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with InPost |
Provided by InPost | |
Token | Provided by InPost |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
InPost is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
