TNT (FedEx Express) Courier Integration with Helm
Set up TNT – now operating under FedEx Express – in your Helm WMS to streamline parcel delivery, print labels, and schedule collections with ease

Who Are TNT (FedEx Express)?
TNT, now fully integrated into FedEx Express, is a trusted courier service offering domestic and international parcel and freight delivery
They specialise in time-sensitive deliveries and provide a wide range of shipping options for businesses of all sizes

Step 1: Get Your TNT (FedEx Express) Credentials
Before installing TNT in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Username
Password
🔎 These credentials are provided by FedEx during TNT onboarding
If you need assistance, contact your FedEx account manager or technical support

Step 2: Install TNT (FedEx Express) in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure TNT (FedEx Express)
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select TNT (FedEx Express) from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “TNT Express” or “FedEx Next Day”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox mode |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with TNT (FedEx Express) |
Account Number | Provided by FedEx |
Username | Provided by FedEx |
Password | Provided by FedEx |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
TNT (FedEx Express) is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
