Impact Express Integration with Helm

Who Are Impact Express?
Impact Express is a UK-based courier specialising in rapid parcel delivery services across the UK and Europe
They offer flexible shipping options, including same-day and next-day deliveries, with a strong focus on customer service and reliable tracking

Step 1: Get Your Impact Express Credentials
Before installing Impact Express in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These details are provided by Impact Express during onboarding
If you need assistance, contact your Impact Express account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Impact Express in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Impact Express
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Impact Express from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Impact Express Standard” or “Impact Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Impact Express |
Account Name | Provided by Impact Express |
Account Number | Provided by Impact Express |
Token | Provided by Impact Express |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Impact Express is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching parcels, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
