20.10.2026

This release brings collection dates you choose, a full history for every item, customs data ready for the new EU and US rules, and a faster flow from the tote to the packing bench.

Book Collections for the Right Day
Set a future collection date for your label requests in three ways: straight from the order page, for many orders at once from Set > Collection Date on the Orders list, or through the Order API. The new Set Collection Date action in Order Rules can also choose the date for you. It can be a set number of calendar or business days ahead (with or without UK holidays), or the next chosen day of the week, at the time you pick.

The Full Story of Every Item
The Inventory page has a timeline showing everything that has happened to an item, in order: allocations, channel stock syncs, manual edits and order-driven moves. Filter by date to see exactly how stock got where it is.

Ready for New Customs Rules
Add the companies that make your products under Settings > Manufacturers, then link them to each item in Customs Information, along with its Manufacturer Part Number. Helm sends these details and the product barcode with every label, ready for the EU rules that apply from 1 November 2026. For US shipments, add each manufacturer’s MID and use the US Compliance section to mark items as certified or disclaimed, with a company default certifier to save time.

Hit Every Ship By Date
Despatch Target Rules can now work from the Ship By Date your channels send, so every order’s target lines up with the date your marketplace expects it to leave.

Manage Your Totes
The new Pick Totes screen under Processing shows every tote and the orders inside it after a tote pick. Unassign orders from one tote or many at once, with a clear summary of every order affected.

Link Channel Products in Bulk
A new Channel Product Linking import connects channel SKUs to your Helm products from a single file, with Stock Sync and Include Inbound Stock set per row. Any rows that need attention can be downloaded, corrected and uploaded again.

Faster Packing at the Despatch Terminal
Scan a tote filled in Sort Orders and the order inside opens, ready to pack. Once an item is fully scanned, a Next Up panel shows the image, title and SKU of the next one. Scan the PROCESS barcode to start packing the selected order. Find Order picks the order with the earliest despatch target first.

Returns, Found Your Way
The Returns Terminal finds despatched orders by customer name, Channel Order ID or Channel Alt ID, alongside postcode, order ID and tracking code.

Trace Every Batch
The new Despatched Batches report under Shipping lists every batch-tracked item sent within your chosen dates. It includes customer contact details, batch, expiry and serial numbers, ready for any product recall.

  • Days of stock remaining counts stock still due on your purchase orders.
