DPD C2C Integration with Helm

Who Are DPD C2C?

DPD C2C (Consumer to Consumer) is a service offered by DPD for individuals and small businesses who want to send parcels without needing a commercial contract

It enables convenient, fully tracked parcel shipping via drop-off points and locker networks across the UK and Europe

Step 1: Get Your DPD C2C Credentials

Before installing DPD C2C in Helm, make sure you have the required login credentials

Contract Name
Contract Phone
Contract Company Name
Contract Country Iso
Contract Postcode
Contract Address 1
Contract Address 2
Contract City
Contract County

🔎 These are issued by DPD upon activation of your C2C service

Contact DPD support if you do not have these details to hand

Step 2: Install DPD C2C in Helm

To begin setup:

Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD C2C

Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DPD C2C from the list
Click Continue to open the configuration window
Complete the following fields:

Courier Identifier	Internal name (e.g. “DPD Consumer” or “DPD C2C UK”)
Account Type	Choose Live for real shipments or Test for a non-production setup
Collection Time	Specify collection preferences or leave blank if using drop-off only
Username	Provided by DPD
Password	Provided by DPD
Accountno	Provided by DPD
Contract Name	Provided by DPD
Contract Phone	Provided by DPD
Contract Company Name	Provided by DPD
Contract Country Iso	Provided by DPD
Contract Postcode	Provided by DPD
