Who Are Yodel ECR?
Yodel ECR (Electronic Consignment Routing) is a courier service from Yodel designed for efficient high-volume parcel management
It provides a digital manifesting and labelling solution tailored for enterprise retailers and eCommerce platforms
Step 1: Get Your Yodel ECR Credentials
Before installing Yodel ECR in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Meter Number
License Plate Start
License Plate End
Starting Run Number
Contract Number
Contract Company Name
Contract Name
Contract Address 1
Contract Address 2
Contract City
Contract County
Contract Postcode
Contract Phone
Contract Email
🔎 These credentials are supplied by Yodel ECR during your account onboarding
If you're unsure, contact your Yodel ECR account manager or support representative
Step 2: Install Yodel ECR in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results
Step 3: Select and Configure Yodel ECR
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Yodel ECR from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration
All Set!
Yodel ECR is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching orders, printing labels, and managing parcel collections directly from Helm
