Seur Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Seur as a courier in your Helm WMS to enable label generation, tracking, and seamless international shipping, especially across Spain and Europe

Who Are Seur?

Seur is a leading Spanish courier company specialising in domestic and international parcel delivery

They offer a variety of services including next-day delivery, eCommerce shipping solutions, and comprehensive tracking across Europe

Step 1: Get Your Seur Credentials

Before installing Seur in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • API Username

  • API Password

🔎 These details are provided by Seur during onboarding

If you require assistance, contact your Seur account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Seur in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Seur

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Seur from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Seur Standard” or “Seur International”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Seur

Client ID

Provided by Seur

Client Secret

Provided by Seur

API Username

Provided by Seur

API Password

Provided by Seur

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Seur is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
