PDC Logistics Integration with Helm

Who Are PDC Logistics?
PDC Logistics is a UK-based courier and logistics provider specialising in national parcel delivery and freight services
They offer reliable, cost-effective shipping solutions tailored for eCommerce and business customers

Step 1: Get Your PDC Logistics Credentials
Before installing PDC Logistics in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These details are provided by PDC Logistics during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your PDC Logistics account manager or support team

Step 2: Install PDC Logistics in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure PDC Logistics
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select PDC Logistics from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “PDC Logistics Standard” or “PDC Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with PDC Logistics |
Account Number | Provided by PDC Logistics |
Account Name | Provided by PDC Logistics |
Token | Provided by PDC Logistics |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
PDC Logistics is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
