DHL Warenpost Integration with Helm

Who Are DHL Warenpost?

DHL Warenpost is a specialised service from Deutsche Post DHL, optimised for small and lightweight goods

It offers cost-effective, trackable domestic and cross-border shipping within Europe, making it ideal for eCommerce merchants sending compact parcels from Germany

Step 1: Get Your Courier Credentials

Before installing COURIER in Helm, you’ll need to collect your unique login and API details directly from COURIER

You will need:

  • Developer Id

  • Login Password

  • User

  • Signature

🔎 These are provided during account setup or can be requested from your Deutsche Post DHL representative

Step 2: Install DHL Warenpost in Helm

To begin installation:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure DHL Warenpost

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DHL Warenpost from the courier list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Fill in the following details:

Select Live for operational use or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Enter the scheduled pickup time arranged with DHL

Login Password

Provided by DHL for Warenpost service

User

Provided by DHL for Warenpost service

Signature

Provided by DHL for Warenpost service
