Palletforce Integration with Helm
Easily connect Palletforce to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Palletforce?
Palletforce is a leading UK pallet delivery network offering nationwide palletised freight services
They specialise in secure, reliable, and cost-effective distribution solutions for businesses of all sizes

Step 1: Get Your Palletforce Credentials
Before installing Palletforce in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Access Key
Customer Account Number
Depot Code
🔎 These details are provided by Palletforce during onboarding
If you require help, contact your Palletforce account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Palletforce in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type ”Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Palletforce
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Palletforce from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Palletforce Standard” or “Palletforce”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Palletforce |
Access Key | Provided by Palletforce |
Customer Account Number | Provided by Palletforce |
Depot Code | Provided by Palletforce |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Palletforce is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
