DELIVER 360 Integration with Helm
Easily connect DELIVER 360 to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are DELIVER 360?
DELIVER 360 is a dynamic UK-based courier company offering tailored delivery solutions, including same-day, next-day, and scheduled fulfilment
Known for its responsive service and scalable delivery infrastructure, DELIVER 360 is well-suited to high-volume eCommerce operations

Step 1: Get Your DELIVER 360 Credentials
Before installing DELIVER 360 in Helm, gather your courier login credentials
You will need:
Username
Password
Token
🔎 These are provided when your account is created or can be requested directly from the DELIVER 360 support team

Step 2: Install DELIVER 360 in Helm
To begin setup:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DELIVER 360
Click the Install Courier button in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DELIVER 360 from the list
Click Continue to open the configuration panel
Fill in the following required fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Deliver 360 Express” or “D360 UK”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for operational use or Test for sandbox setup |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled pickup time with DELIVER 360 |
Username | Provided by DELIVER 360 |
Password | Provided by DELIVER 360 |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
DELIVER 360 is now connected to your Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching parcels, generating courier labels, and managing collections directly from Helm
