Step 1: Gather Your Collect Plus Credentials

Before setting up in Helm, make sure you have these credentials from Collect Plus:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Api Key

  • Account Id

  • Service Code

  • Depot Name

🔎 These are provided when your account is set up

Contact your Collect Plus account manager or support if you need help obtaining them

Step 2: Install Collect Plus in Helm

To install Collect Plus:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Collect Plus Courier Settings

Once installation begins:

  1. Search for and select Collect Plus from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to open the configuration screen

  3. Enter the required information:

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
