Pro Carrier Integration with Helm

Who Are Pro Carrier?
Pro Carrier is an international eCommerce delivery provider offering tracked and untracked services across the globe
They focus on efficient, cost-effective cross-border shipping and returns for growing online retailers

Step 1: Get Your Pro Carrier Credentials
Before installing Pro Carrier in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API KEY
🔎 These details are provided by Pro Carrier during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your Pro Carrier account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Pro Carrier in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Pro Carrier
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Pro Carrier from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Pro Carrier Tracked” or “Pro Carrier EU”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Pro Carrier |
API KEY | Provided by Pro Carrier |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Pro Carrier is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
