DPD Integration with Helm
Easily connect DPD to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are DPD?
DPD is one of the UK and Europe’s most recognised parcel delivery networks, known for fast, reliable, and fully trackable services
With options for next-day, timed, and international delivery, DPD is ideal for eCommerce retailers who require high service levels and customer communication tools

Step 1: Get Your DPD Credentials
Before setting up DPD in Helm, ensure you have your credentials ready

🔎 These are typically issued during onboarding or can be requested directly from your DPD account manager or support team

Step 2: Install DPD in Helm
To begin installation:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DPD from the courier list
Click Continue to open the configuration screen
Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DPD UK” or “DPD Classic Europe”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled collection time as arranged with DPD |
Username | Provided by DPD |
Password | Provided by DPD |
Accountno | Provided by DPD |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

DPD is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, generating labels, and managing deliveries directly from within Helm
