BJS Home Delivery Courier Integration with Helm
Set up BJS Home Delivery in your Helm WMS to enable seamless dispatching, integrated label generation, tracking, and collection scheduling for large-item and two-person deliveries

Their tailored customer experience and scalable logistics make them an ideal partner for furniture, appliances, and other bulky goods
With Helm integration, your warehouse can streamline fulfilment and elevate post-purchase service

Step 1: Gather Your BJS Home Delivery Credentials
Before starting the setup process in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials ready from BJS:

Account Number

Step 2: Install BJS Home Delivery in Helm
To install BJS in your system:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to find “Couriers”
Click the Couriers tab in the results
Select Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure BJS Courier Settings
Once installation begins:
Search for and select BJS Home Delivery from the list
Click Continue to open the configuration panel
Fill in the following fields:
Fill in the Required Details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name for reference (e.g. “BJS White Glove” or “BJS 2-Man”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for operational use or Test for trial purposes |
Collection Time | Input your agreed collection schedule (e.g. weekdays at 2:00 PM) |
Key | Provided by BJS Home Delivery |
Account Number | Your official account number |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration.

BJS Home Delivery is now connected to your Helm WMS
