Palletways Integration with Helm

Who Are Palletways?
Palletways is a leading European palletised freight network providing reliable and timely pallet delivery services
They specialise in nationwide and cross-border distribution with a strong focus on quality and customer service

Step 1: Get Your Palletways Credentials
Before installing Palletways in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API KEY
🔎 These details are provided by Palletways during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your Palletways account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Palletways in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Palletways
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Palletways from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Palletways Standard” or “Palletways”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Palletways |
API KEY | Provided by Palletways |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Palletways is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
