To connect Visualsoft to Helm
Contact Visualsoft Support
Request API access credentials including your API URL, Client ID, and Client SecretLog in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Visualsoft from the listEnter Required Details:

Sales Channel Logo | Upload your Visualsoft or custom store icon |
API URL | Provided by your Visualsoft support team |

Access Token | Optional, if using token-based access rather than OAuth |
Click Continue

Adjust how Helm interacts with your Visualsoft store

Order Importing Type | Choose the date and time to begin syncing orders into Helm |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Visualsoft integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Confirm the endpoint includes HTTPS and the correct path |
Invalid Credentials | Verify the Client ID and Secret are correct and have not expired |
Orders Not Importing | Ensure order statuses are selected and the sync is active |
Stock Not Syncing | Check SKU alignment and enable stock sync in Helm and Visualsoft settings |
